A couple of weeks ago, we told you a little bit about SLP’s Power Pack Systems for 2014 and 2015 GM trucks powered by fifth-generation 5.3L and 6.2L engines.
This week, we put our stainless steel LoudMouth to the test on our in-house chassis dyno to bring you horsepower and torque numbers.
After swapping out the stock exhaust for our LoudMouth system, we saw gains of just over 12 horsepower and 9 lb-ft of torque, giving us a final horsepower rating of 298.58 and 323.26 lb-ft of torque.
While the stainless steel LoudMouth exhaust tone is notably bold and aggressive to the competition, passengers won’t be bothered by a loud or overbearing interior drone.
SLP’s LoudMouth exhaust for 2014-2015 GM Trucks will be available this year.
